Primer Selection Help

  • Returns primer sequences falling on either side of a SNP site of interest.
  • Primers are generated using the revised Cambridge Reference Sequence.
  • Select the minimum and maximum length and melting temperatures of primers you are interested in generating.
  • You can also select the salt concentration and annealing concentrations or simply leave the default values.
  • The position list should be comma separated integers with values ranging from 1 to 16569 and indicative of the positions of interest.
